Finally First Drive

Just took delivery on 2010 MCSCa CR today.
Last week just finished our best summer in a long time and this week - overcast and rain. But I still got in a bit of open driving (with seat heater). Love this car and almost as fun as the sport bike.

Hey, good for you nsdriver! We all know that feeling of taking the first drive in the MINI (convertible or not). I ran my first drive right into the second, then the third, and so on. Have yourself a great time in that MINI and keep us posted on your adventures. Don't forget the pictures...

Seat heater this early in the year?!? I guess you must be from the WAY northern latitudes! I love the convertible top, it has to be pouring, over 115 F or 2 AM and driving through the City for me not to have the top down!

Congrats on the MINI Convertible and post some pictures as required by tradition!

I am driving north east of Maine not really cold here but seat heaters are great on the 1 hour commute home. The ride is much more fun than in the Prius. I will post pics after i take a few an figure out how to post them.

I wish I had an excuse to use the Rump Roast button in my MCS but it's a bit overkill here in Phoenix.

Grats on your MINI!

Well the heat from the seats works very well to relax the back muscles after a crappy work day AND if you find some rough roads you can have heat and vibration!

I'm getting addicted to the seat heaters. Its been a few vehicles ago since I had them but I don't remember them feeling so relaxing (maybe the extra birthdays).
We are definetley in fall mode here now so a little heat and an open top is just perfect. I had a chance to hit some nice twisties on the drive over to a clients today and it felt like I was back racing my go cart 30 years ago. I am glad I picked MINI over the 128.
