Hello honybee! I'm in the same boat...well, actually my Mini is now on a boat! We'll get through this, and I'm sure it will be here sooner than you think (Let's hope!)! Here are some #2 pencils, we'll gnaw whilst we wait. I loved the Interchange Yellow, it's got a groovy vibe about it! Can't wait to see it, especially in hardtop form! Hooray!

 

Congrats!!!! Awesome, I ordered mine close to a month ago, and mine is production week 28. The waiting is tough, but we can be support group buds...haha

 

Thanks everyone, I'm sure it will be well worth the wait as you say. I just hope I don't drive my husband insane in the meantime, he says I'm obsessing just a little bit. I think it's fairly justified though because this is the first new car I've ever bought myself and I've wanted a mini since the new ones first came out.

 

my IY mini will be here by the end of july loaded to the gills Thank god for the military sales program. The Italians have too many taxes.

I placed my order right around the same time. I'm allegedly finishing up in the paint shop and then production completion is estimated for tomorrow. Hopefully the time will pass quickly.

I find it strangely odd that I'm sitting here in an office building wishing summer away... oh well.

Don't you just love how they all must come through Germany??? Haha...I bet ours is on the same boat/truck to Pentagon in Ramstein. You'll get yours before mine, as mine must across the pond to the U.S. too.

 

My build was finished at the end of last week but she's still waiting for the boat over from England. Hoping to have her in hand by the end of the month!

 

By the way 2010IYMCMetcalf & honeybee, you should join the Week 25 - 29 support group. There's about 5 almost-new Mini owners.

 

Thanks for the tip. How does one join that group? I did a search but couldn't seem to find it. Just checked on my mini again this morning and it looks like it's still waiting for the boat to come - slow boat it's said that for almost 2 weeks!
