Hello all -

In just a few days, I will take delivery of my 2010 Horizon Blue/White Cooper. My last new car was a Honda purchased in 2001. Shortly after I signed on the dotted line for that car, Minis re-emerged in the US and I kicked myself for not waiting a little longer to choose a new car. For the last 9 years, I longed for a Mini every time I saw one one on the road.

I decided earlier this year to finally "just do it". Being a cautious consumer, I did my research on the internet and found this site. Reading your comments really helped me decide what to add on and what I could live without. You were especially helpful with pros and cons of a sunroof (finally decided against) and the convenience package (decided in favor.) I ordered on May 14 and my MA emailed me yesterday to tell me it should arrive in town Monday or Tuesday. Photos to come!!

Congrats! I know the wait is killer but you made it nine years...two more days won't kill you...though it may seem like it. Post some pics when you findally decide to park it. Good luck!!!

 

Welcome to the forum, at least you had Honda you could have been driving a Ford Escort.
