hi everyone im Matt from England im on my second MCS Gen 1 now and i have the bug, i have tried a few different forums but dont seem to get much in terms of response and have heard good thing from here. I drive a 2005 MCS in hyper blue with white roof and mirrors, sitting on 17"bullets heres some pics of when i got the car. to date the car has had JCW grills and is off in 2 weeks to get reduced pullies and getting lowered, comments and ideas welcome.

A Texas sized welcome to you, Matt! Hopefully, my family and I will be back over there this next year. Had a great time at MINI United @ Silverstone earlier this year and I can't wait to get back. I don't know if you are club member but I really like my club, Nottinghamshire MINI Club. It may be a little too far away from you but it is an active and fun club. BTW, nice ride!

 

thanks for the welcome everyone, i have got a few plans already, as i said i have JCW grill, i have taken the stripes off the boonet, im spraying the bullets white, got my springs and will be getting a quote for the arches etc colour coded, also a friend and i will be splitting the headlights and spraying them, i printed the thread showing how to do this and it is very clear.

 

has anyone got any pics of an S lowered on bullets??? cheers

Nice color combo.

Maybe some OEM fogs for the grille, and a set of Hyper blue painted side skirts after you do the pulley and grille ? You have HAMANN nearby for side skirts I think too.

 

Thanks again for the welcome everyone, I have got my jcw grill on now and it's makes a huge difference, also got springs which are awaiting fittment, I'm gettin a quote for a full colour code however I may just get some skirts, I'm also unsure on what to do with the wheels lol any ideas welcome
