Hey folks! I just ordered/purchased a new clubbie in NF red. The car matched what I would have ordered anyway but was already in production so I took that one to decrease my wait. This web page and all the threads have been most helpful so thanks members!

Quick questions...The clubbie I ordered already has a VIN# and I entered it at the lounge. It shows the right car, in the right color, and being delivered to the right dealer. Only problem is one of my factory installed options I was told would be on the car isn't listed in the "factory installed options" box. All of the options are there BUT the new factory roof rails.

My questions are....Were all of your options correct when you tracked your car? I ask because I understand this is a big world and a lot of cars are being made etc...so things may not be up to date or just wrong. And, I assume that the factory roof rails need to go on at the factory so if this is a mistake it needs to be fixed soon yes? I will of course be calling my person at the dealer later today to double check but I thought you all might have some insight on this one. Thanks!

 

...All straightened out. Basically, according to the dealer, the car does have roof rails and sometimes the lounge isn't correct with details or sometimes it's a bit slow and behind the actual schedule. Thanks!
