is there something special that i need to know on oil pan drain bolt on 03 mc s. ????

or is mine just seized to where i need to drill it out ??

 

Not really, just use a 1/2" socket or box wrench and not the metric wrench....it fits tighter using the 1/2 inch on the bolt corners and will lessen the chance of stripping the head.

Sometimes these plugs are put on with impact wrenches at Jiffy lube type places....so they need to be heated up slightly with a torch and then removed.

And make sure you have a new one on hand before removing, you dont want to put that old one back on.

 

Get a Fumoto drain valve and you won't have this problem. you can google it and find the right size for your Mini.
