Where can I find my MKIV Nav Computer on my Mini?

Hey all, I am new here and need a little help. Just got a mini (used) and I was told I had too replace the Nav computer. Well the nav and car arrived on the same day and I have no idea where the Nav computer is located or where to find it. Does anyone have any pic's and knows where it is located in the car? Any info would be great.

I believe its under the passenger seat, I may be wrong since I don't have the Nav. option though.
