Very interested in buying a MINI , likely a used one, what should I know?

yea, guess you're right, I'm just being kinda lazy. Just wondered if there's anything to look for in a used, or a model to avoid. Had to find out the hard way that BMW K1200RS motorcycles have an endemic rear main seal failure without any factory upgrade, well $1300 later...............didn't buy a Yugo on purpose.
