Clicking noise while accelerating???

Clicking noise while accelerating???
ok so here is the story, if i start out in 2nd the car feels like it doesnt want to move...I know that is due to me starting out in 2nd but that type of situation makes while gas is pressed the car to make a wierd clicking noise until i let off the gas... Anyone ever have such a problem or know anything about this, it happens in any gear when gas is pressed except first gear .......
