Hi everyone, my name is Mike. I live in North Las Vegas and my wife wants a Mini Cooper really badly.

My uncle recently moved to Northern Idaho and left his '02 Cooper S here in Vegas with me until the snow went away. Well, at the same time, my wife's daily driver Evo IX lost a motor so while it has been in the shop getting repaired she has been driving the Mini. Now she wants to put the Evo up for sale as soon as it gets back and get a Mini of her own.

Although I love the Evo, I must say that I am all for this decision. I have driven my Uncle's Mini around Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch road course and although it might not be one of the fastest cars I have driven on a racetrack, it is definately one of the most fun.

Take your wife to new MINI Performance Driving School at Spring Mountain. Also, there is a pretty active local club SinCityMINIs in Vegas.

 

Ah she has already been to the Porsche Club driving school out at Spring Mountain. Plus she is married to one of the instructors so every day is like a driving school hahahaha.

 

I had the opportunity to go to the Lotus Driving School there at Spring Mountain last summer. Unbelievable! Talk about go-kart handling.
