Ok...here is my situation...I ordered my Mini cooper Clubman on June 30th. I got an update from my MA on paper and it says that my status is 150-production started. The problem: I have checked the owners lounge and it wont let me log in saying that it doesn't recognize my prod. no. and when I call the ask-mini number...they say that it is slotted for 7/19 to be produced. So what is up with the discrepency? I know the system takes a while to update but for the people at Mini not to know...its starting to scare me. My port location is SSIPOA.
Can anyone fill in the gaps?

Bummer, but a great user name! So, you got that going for you.

My experience with askmini was pretty good, though I occasionally got conflicting or confusing information. I'm surprised it's so hard, in these days of easy automation. I think the computer all know what's up, but the individual reading the info makes the most difference.

 

I called my MA today and he told me that the code changed to 152. Almost there.
