Has anyone's MA given them an official "ETA"? I'm not sure if it has to dock before they can do that, etc. etc.

I was walking in NY last night and I saw a BRG MCS w/Navi and many of the other options I selected for my Clubman. Was a good fix to help for a few days....

 

On the ww website, the Rigoletto is now showing as arriving at Port Hueneme on the 24th of June (was the 25th). There's hope...

 

A day is a day less without my Mini.

 

hi guys i am also week 22. i am picking my car up this fri 6-12-08.
finally got the good news. it has been a very long wait. hope you guys in the west coast get yours soon!

 

Congrats... those of us goig to the west coast (and then 1000 miles back to the east) still have 3-4 weeks to wait...

 

(name to be determined) arrived at the dealer yesterday. All of my goodies won't be done until tomorrow, and I'm gone again this weekend, but....

DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY JUNE 16 at 9:30 AM!!!!! Pics to follow.

 

Talked to my MA today and she told me my ship wasn't scheduled to come in until June 18th! She told me the 12th a while back, and I didn't know that there was a delay until today.

I just checked the "ships" pdf file, and there aren't any ships scheduled for the 18th. And I went back to WW and it isn't tracking my VIN, so that means I'm still a K-line, and there aren't any coming in around the 18th (17th and 19th, but not the 18th).

So my guess is she's just wrong. Unless she's confusing the 18th for the day it leaves Charleston. Could it be sitting in port that long?

Any other theories?

I talked to my MA today and he said maybe the 20th or 21st

 

OL.MINI finally says I am at the VDC. I am taking that to believe that my Mini is already on a transport truck headed this way. Hopefully get her this next weekend or shortly after that.

My MA appears to be wrong about my shipping delay. OL shows that it's at the distribution center, and since it lags by a few days, I'll assume I came in on the 12th per the original schedule.

Too much reverse engineering. I'll call my sales manager on Monday...

 

Which ship were you on, and what dealership. I was on the Caribbean highway and I bought from Moritz. Mine is still showing in transit as of yesterday

 

turbodeez- I never received any confirmation about a boat, but since the WW site never recognized my vin and the history of putting Texas destined cars on K Line, I assumed. I bought from Mini/BMW of Dallas. Previously John Roberts on 635 and I-35. Maybe I'll get a surprise call a few days early but the last time I spoke to MA #2 which was about 6-1, he mentioned about 3 more weeks...

 

Well, that's a lot better news.... My MA was talking about a rough estimate of when it's getting to the dealership, NOT off the ship.

So I'm still on schedule, pending no truck breakdown or anything. I may see delivery this week!

My MA called last night and it came in around 630pm... they are going to install the JCW engine kit and the clear bra, so I should have it here soon

My MA emailed this morning... Looks like we're going to schedule a Friday pickup! Woo hoo! Almost exactly two months to the day from the time of order
