I have been lurking for the past couple of months and have enjoyed the site.
I am currently locked into a lease but will order a 2009 MCS sometime this fall. Until then I will have to get my Mini fix from all the good folks and their cars on here. You can see from my screen name that I have found a name for the car when it finally arrives. rPod came from iPod obviously but means that the Mini will be OUR Pod when it arrives. Until then the threads here are great and keep me going.

I am currently torn between PW/B and LB/W. They are both awesome colors.
It will be an MCS Hardtop, conveinence, cold weather, DSC, LSD, Xenon, Rear Fogs, Leather, Hi-Fi, Chrome Line Int, Auto A/C

I am sure between now and when I order this will change a dozen times.

 

Welcome! Is the PW the sort of creamy white, or is it more of a snow white. if it's the creamy white, then my wife would definitely say go for that. As for all the other stuff, why the cold weather package in Dallas? Anyway, welcome aboard, and don't lose the dream before it becomes reality!

P.S. My wife & I have fond memories of our four years in Dallas. Our son was born half-way through my time in seminary while we were there.

 

It is more of an off white.
The heated seats are for my wife.......she is always cold.

Welcome to NAM. To help your wait, why not join your local MINI club - Metroplex Mini. What part of Dallas? We have monthly meetings and weekly happy hours all around the metroplex and (to my knowledge) haven't thrown out a visitor yet because they didn't have thier own MINI. I would've gotten tossed out as I am waiting for my MINI, as my wife drives our MINI.
