Today is my one year anniversary of delivery. Hard to believe it has been a whole year.

Most of us seem to have made it.

 

Took Yuko in for 1 year oil change and to get the rattles fixed.

One rattle fixed.
2nd rattle needs an ENTIRE steering column, which needs to be ordered from corp or something.


AND as a kicker... they screwed up my oil change and I left a 10 mile long trail of oil in my wake. I was wondering why the BMW behind me kept hitting his wipers.

*sigh* looks like i'll have to flat bed her to the dealer tomorrow morning.

 

gonna bring this back up to the top of everyone's CP....

the mini is gone, and I'm driving this now...

 

sorry to see the MINI gone, but that's not a bad replacement.

I am so sorry to have been offline for so long. Matt is on cruise with the US Navy around South America, I'm here in San Diego CA.

Still looking for work, still loving Mystique! She got a tiny scratch on her, 3 places, and one is "deeper" into the quarter panel in transport with US Navy from Naples...dealing with that right now...

How is everyone?

REALLY active with WCM, west coast minis, the enthusiast club here in Southern San Diego region.

Will post photos soon. We went to AMVIV 6, back in Vegas.

Loving Life, Missing my Man, he'll be back in late October.

Busy with WEST COAST MINI CLUB, drive on twisty roads in san diego.

Registered for our 2nd trip to AMVIV, A mini vacation in vegas, our 2nd time, but the 7TH Annual.

Should be fun. Matt still busy with navy thing, I am still UNEMPLOYED.
We are dirt poor but can always manage to afford high quality fuel for car rides....

Whats up all!!! Everyone still driving their Mini's? Milton and I are doing fine! We got into a crack up (rear ended and then squished) about 3 months ago....but everyone is healthy now! Think we had a 10k hospital bill for Milton, but he protected me from harm!

I hope everyone has the same Psychic buzz and checks back in...We should be creeping dangerously close to 30,000 miles- which means we must investigate extended warranties, and convince our dealerships to help with last minute fixes...Will report back soon...Hugs.

Krim I got snow tires this past winter, and glad I did but didn't get to use them much as she was snow in the garage most of the terrible winter we had here.
hope everyone else still has their MINI's and enjoying them.

 

I just traded mine in today. Order a new one about a month ago and just took delivery. Had 30k miles on the trade in.
