Greetings. Just joined North American Motoring. I motor an '07 MINI Cooper, chili red with white roof, checkerboard graphics on sunroof & sideview mirrors. Tis an automatic & I have a lot of fun downshifting with the paddles instead of hiting the brake all the time to corner and slow down, etc. I've gotten it to 100 mph on Rt. 78 in Jersey (toward midnight).

Welcome !! But you can't talk about a gorgeous MINI like that without sharing PICS. 
And unless Jersey has raised their speed limits, be careful posting about the speeds you've driven. The board police are always out there watching.

Welcome to the board. And if you want to do over 100, come to Texas. We got freeways where the LEO's don't even start thier cars until they're sure your well into the 3 digit range. And that's in town.
