My wife and I both use the MINI configurator and have (had) saved builds. Last night we found that our MINIs were gone and complete strangers were listed. Now mine is empty! It's all messed up. Anyone else seeing this? Anyone know what's going on?

Luckily my new Mellow Yellow MCS is on order already. Received my VIN number yesterday! Does anyone know someone who wants my 2004 Chili Red/White before I trade it in. Located in Long Island. 13000 miles. Premium package, 6 speed, aux port.

I noticed the same thing, leica. All my configs I played around with are gone. And if you actually click on one of the dummy builds, it tells you it can't pull up that configuration. The IT manager must have an old calendar and got pissed he missed April Fools Day. *shrug*

I'm sure it'll work itself out.

 

It also happened when I was at the dealer about to order mine. I had just built one and try to retrieve it at the dealer, but it said there was nothing configured. When I got home, I tried again and *poof!* there it was.

 

Ditto...It didn't even let me Log In. Oh well...MOLLY will be HOME tomorrow!! But I would still like to save it indefinately!!

 

the great config machine does that from time to time (sorta rare). just make sure you double check with the dealer you choose to send your stuff to that your specs are on the up & up.

I've had all kinds of problems with the configurator the last three days. Very frustrating. I'll go check it again. Not that it matters - I just ordered my new MCS.

 

Agree. It now is working find. It had about 8 or 9 copies of attempts I made to save configurations, including my final version.
