New Mini owner. Got an '04 S recently. Looking forward to the Deal's Gap weekend (if I can make it ). Rode the Gap on a motorcycle a few years back. May be able to get the wife to ride out that way.

I use to ride motorcycle's too. After two people hit me last year I gave it up and got a MINI. I think the MINI will be almost as much fun on the Dragon as motorcycles.

 

I got hit a few months back. Bad wreck, but I did not get hurt too badly. Still have one bike, but waiting for warmer weather to get on it again. Did not have a car, and decided if I was going to get one, get a cool one

The Dragon is not the best ride, but fun to get up there. The parkway is much more fun IMHO.

Nashville, TN - I used to live in Springfield, North of you on 41. 20 years ago. I think I recognize the motel in your pic. Where is that?

That's the Loveless Cafe now. It's very famous, it's at the end of the Natchez Trace Parkway. Food Network has had a few shows about it and great place for biscuits. Let me know if you make it down here. Stan
