What a disappointment! For some unknwn reason on my part, I took another look at the WW site and found that my cargo status page now says that I am on the MADAM BUTTERFLY. I guess I'll start a MADAM BUTTERFLY thread. Its been nice knowing all of you. Bye now.

Looks like I'm on the MB, too. Interesting. Brian

Hmm... I guess my VIN was listed as "Recieved at Terminal" for the Tasco, but never was "Loaded on Vessle". Currently it's listed as "Recieved at Terminal" for the Madame Butterfly.

Roger that. The original schedule was for the Tasco arrivong and departing the UK on the same day. Perhaps that wasn't enough time to load it on board. Whatever the case may be, I'm not the only one. So, that's a bit comforting.

Still on the TASCO, and site shows loaded on vessel. Though ship tracker isn't showing anything.

Hi all......I'm new here and new to the Mini scene. I too have my little baby on the Tasco. Isn't this fun? I never thought buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. Hope she arrives safely….and good luck to all of you.

That's old data. It shows the ship where it last reported to the site. Hover your pointer over the ship and you'll see what I mean. BTW, this is good news; it means your ship is closer to it's destination than you thought!

The thread from my voyage (mentioned earlier in this thread) has good info here especially starting at post 59. Based on the schedule it would seem she will start going through the first lock early Christmas Eve morning but the holiday could affect that. Good luck!

Found Tasco

Hey guys,

I'm not actually waiting for a Mini, but my BMW M6 is on Tasco with your future beauties. I found this forum/post while searching google on how to track the ship. Anyway, came across some news and though I'd pass it along to everyone:

I checked the Port of Halifax website, which is the stop for Tasco in Canada, and guess what, she's there:

http://www.portofhalifax.ca/english/...tusreport.aspx

She was supposed to leave yesterday, but the site hasn't updated yet. Here is a screenshot as well. I tried getting the info to you yesterday, but I had to wait to get activated .

She's one step closer.

update

According to the WW site, the Tasco is scheduled to go through the Panama Canal 12/27 and arrive in Port Hueneme on 1/4. I guess it's a bit behind schedule.

My MA (in Mountain View, CA) says he should see the car by the 8th of Jan.

Just FYI

Now that the TASCO is in open water in the Pacific, I will be leaving your thread as my MINI is on the Madame Butterfly. I appreciate being able to practice tracking through the canal on the TASCO.

Great job.......I was hoping someone would get a picture of the Tasco. Good luck with your little baby on the Madame Butterfly.

Looks like it is time to order the Eibach's......Lowering this thing is the first modification I have planned.

Port Hueneme

According to the Port Hueneme schedule:
http://www.portofhueneme.org/documen...1227152457.pdf
The Tasco is scheduled to arrive today.

Sir Maximilian Cooper S is aboard. Yay!!!!!

Is this the final stop for the Tasco? I don't know why but I thought it was heading up to a port in Washington, too.

Well, that's of Dec 27th. According to the shipping company's site, it's supposed to arrive today. However, my MA tells me there may be delays (due to the storms) and he might not see the car until Jan 17th (MINI of Mountain View). This is the last stop for the tasco.
