Hi there--trying to find out the best way to wax around the stripes. waddya guys think? by hand or can you do it with a random orbital

 

I use a PC, but first I tape. This is the only spot I tape before polishing. I have faded a small section of my black pinstripe due to polish in the past so now to avoid further damage to the pinstripes I tape them off. The rest of the white stripe I polish along with the paint.
Once my polish step is finished I remove the tape and wax without regard to stripe or paint.
