Nice! I took delivery of my new 2015 VO hatchback this weekend and asked the dealer to delivery without washing, which they did! Next weekend I will wash, clay, rewash, seal, and wax and repeat every 6 months.

Looks great. There used to be a Detailing forum that was pretty good, lots of tips and tricks and suggestions for products. I still buy my stuff from Detailers Paradise in Denver via mail. Good stuff, especially the Hydro spray wax, Clarity glass stuff, and Primo plastic trim stuff. I've used the Hydro every time I wash since 2007. You almost never need the clay and big wax job. That takes me a long time.

Very nice. Looks good. I always try to wax the car every 6 months. Keeping a layer of wax on every 6 months will definitely help prolong the paint job! For 12 years old, the paint looks pretty darn good. I also use a detail spray pretty religiously as you spray it on after a wash while the car is still wet and wipe it dry.

Nice, how much dirt did you pull off the paint with the clay? Being so new. Watch not to touch the stripes with the clay.

When you wax your cars, do you wax over the stripes? I polished my stripes once and the result wasn't good. So I'm tempted to avoid any wax on the stripes. Anyone else have this issue or do you wax them with good results?

Nice fresh waxing.

I've never had issues with clay or wax on the stripes.

As always, first test in an inconspicuous area.
