My car is now booked on the Freedom! It departs Southampton bound for NY and SC tomorrow. Anyone else booked on this ship?

You can track it on sailwx with that. No reports as of yet, it is still too close to land I guess.

 

The Captain doesn't like to make position reports I guess. No reports for this voyage at all and it departed 3 days ago.

Finally....I was beginning to think that the boat went down or something.

Good news...halfway here!

 

Your Captain seems to be one that just checks in at random, you may be abe to track her till the US coast. If not you can start checking for her on the AISfree site about 18 - 30 hours prior to scheuled arrivial date.

 

I just figured out my mini is on this boat too, I am psyched, now to find a name for my mini, anyone elses friends insist on calling it minime like mine are?

2nd report for the Freedom! Looks like she made close to 300 miles. Another 5 days and she will be docked according to the schedule.

 

Third position report... another 94 miles closer to NJ. It's getting closer!!!

 

The Freedom is picking up speed! It made 324 miles in 24 hours.

 

So we expect it to dock on October 7th?

The Freedom is off the coast of Cape Cod now. Really close, will be docking tomorrow.

 

Anyone have a booking number for the FREEDOM? I'm pretty sure my mini is on the ship, but it wont come up in the search... (I know its not on the next ship because I searched through the list of cargo)

Nah man, i'm looking for the booking number, not the voyage number... If you type that in to the online search it returns an error :'(

 

Can you track using your vin? That's how I found out which boat an when it was going to be shipped.

 

Nah, thats the problem, my VIN won't show up in the search... but I do know that the car has been built and is due at my dealership in no more than 2 weeks from now... I think.

 

Sorry, it will be all good. The boat is docking today, so we'll know.

I just reralized when you put in the vin it tells you the booking number. It looks like there are 70 vins on the boat.

 

Darnit, wouldn't you know, I get an error when I try and track the boat...
