Hello everyone, I'm new around here and I'm also a first time Mini owner! I purchased my Mini in early July of this year and I've had a perma-grin ever since. I'm glad to have found this message board and I look forward to learning about my Mini from you veterans.

My Mini was actually a size upgrade for me, I had been driving a '97 Honda del Sol (I adored that car) but the repairs were starting to become very expensive so it was time to trade it in.

So now I have a back seat and so much room I can hardly contain myself! You should've seen how many boxes I was able to load into this thing a few months ago, even the neighbors came to gawk and marvel at my "clown car" that's bigger on the inside than on the outside.

The details: 2006 Cooper S, pepper white with a black roof. The car had 16k miles on it when I bought it and it's fully loaded and totally awesome. I've dubbed the car "The Flying Cannoli" because for some reason it looked like a giant cannoli to me when I first saw it. Love at first sight!

I adore Cannolis and MINIs. What a great combo. Perhaps you can offer your passengers a cannoli when they ride with you. I'll take two! =-)

Thanks! That show makes me laugh until my sides hurt. Perhaps I shall invite everyone over for a candle light supper once my MINI arrives, and then Minyuette -- you shall find a way to casually point out Mr. Bucket as the guests are arriving. I want everyone to admire my taste in vehicles. A friend of mine says she wants to ride in Mr. Bucket and wear a long scarf that will trail in the wind, so when people say, "There goes Mr. Bucket" she can yell back, "It's BooKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"

 

LOL!!! I can see it now, Booooooookayyyy!!!

Oh!! You should get "Bucket" on the license plate just so that you can tell people it's Bookaaaay!
