Hi Everyone! Another new member has found the value of your site and forums. My name is kevin, and I have been looking at Mini's off and on since they were re-introduced back in 2002.
I recently got the fever loud and clear when I took my Land Rover in for Service, and saw a 2004 MC40 sitting on the lot. They had reduced the price many times, but car had not sold. I talked to one of the sales guys, and mentioned that I would be back tomorrow to check the car out with my wife. The next day, before heading out, I check with the dealership to insure the car was still on the lot, and it was, so off we went to see this Limited Ed Mini. I found 3 more, and was nearly sold on a mc40 with 10k miles, when I decided to see what the new 2007 models were like. I was instantly hooked.
We ordered ours on July 20th. Like many individuals, the wait is killing me.

welcome to NAM and congrats on the order.
i just picked up my MINI yesterday (friday), i ordered it june 22nd took mine 6 weeks to the day from ordering it to picking it up.
hope the wait goes by quickly, go on a vacation that speeds up the wait pretty good. that's what i did and it went by pretty quickly.
by the way what all did you add to your and did you get a MC or a MCs?

Welcome to the NAMily!! The wait is soooooooo worth it. You can join your Production Week support thread here on NAM...many others in your shoes will help you get through the anguish of waiting.

What are you specs on your 07?
Nice to see someone hooked on an 07 after looking so hard for the MC40. It would be hard for me if I was looking for a special model.
