So a few times i have started the car and noticed that all the presets I had set have been removed (disappeared). Its very annoying the last few times I noticed that it was only the SAT stations, the AM & FM stayed. Very random just wondering if anyone else experienced this? and yes I have been using the same keyfob.
Me too. But somehow I navigated through and was able to find them again. My method escapes me due to having a brain fade and senior moment. They're still there...somewhere.
You didn't happen to use the second key when it happened did you? Had this happen too but it was because I had never entered any presets in the second keys memory.
The same thing happened to me. Not sure if I used a different key. That makes sense, but it never occurred to me. I took the R57 out yesterday and was thrilled the SAT stations still worked. I never have this problem with my CUBE. Kind of amazes me that for the price of the CUBE I got backup sonar, Fosgate system, XM Radio, Bluetooth, Ipod, Paddle shifters and steering wheel controls all included in the price. 29 mpg around town 36 mpg highway.
(I use it for my Greyhounds and for shopping so I don't have to worry about leaving one of the MINIs in a parking lot. People seem to enjoy the CUBE for its quirkiness without feeling the need to hurt it. (knock on wood). )

Nope haven't used the 2nd key since I got the car its stored away. The odd thing is when I go to reset the SAT stations its easy to reset as their spots are open as in..
Remember to use the 2nd key sometimes. It helps to keep it charged from what I understand. That was the info I had back when I bought my 2008 Clubman. I would guess it is the same with the newer models.
Same issue here. All SAT presets disappeared today. This is the second time it happened to me. If anyone has any suggestions....wonder if it is a Siruis/XM caused thing?
12' R60S. Bought new. This happened to me today. I dealt with it for the short trip to the store, then it was fine when I came back and started car again. Annoying for sure. I dont like it when things suddenly not work, then work again. Im thinking I have an electrical issue coming.
Happened to me a month or so ago...twice...posted in here and never got any good resolution. Someone mentioned battery drain but my battery is strong. Hasn't happened in a while though. And actually the last time it happened, the next time I got in my car, they were back. Weird for sure.
