R56 Remus SportExhaust

I posted a review of the Remus SportExhaust for My Clubman S here...
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...-s-review.html

I LOVE this Exhaust, NO Drone, nice low deep sound and seriously mean at WOT. German engineered and well respected for years in the BMW community.

I wanted to post a pic of the R56 version and a sound clip if anyone is interested. This is an Axle Back, so if you want it even more aggressive, than you can do a resonator delete for about 20 bucks at a local muffler shop.

They are running a pretty good sale for NAM on them right now. I can tell you without a shadow of doubt, this is EXTREMELY high quality stuff and is VERY competitively priced compared to NM, Alta, Borla and Magnaflow. With 20+ years of BMW, Audi and Porsche engineering.

MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO DUFFY, and that you saw it on NAM, he will take care of you, the service awesome.

This is a sound clip of the Remus Exhaust on an R56

Just ordered one yesterday and I'm still waiting on my factory order I can see where this is going... down a long and dark road. One question though, should I wait until the break-in period is over or can I just throw it on the day after I take delivery?

I would drive it for about a week to hear what you have, then put it on and get the full effect! Otherwise you could put it on right away, no problem. The only issue would be, it sounds so good it will be hard to keep your foot out of the throttle!

Thats why I am waiting ... I just picked up my '11 last thursday and I wanted to break it in first just to make sure everythings okay before upgrading the parts in the car. but theoretically I could swap it out even before my car is broken in ?? But after doing my research the past 2 weeks I am def going with a Remus exhaust !!! has the nicest sound out of all the ones I was interested in !!

Thanks for the replies, as suggested waiting through break-in sounds like the best way to go. I just need to line up a couple days off for a roadtrip into what we consider mountains around here.

So, Remus only does the mufflers! Did you use another vendor for the a downpipe or is everything else stock?

Thanks
