Run flat alternatives

Time to upgrade my 205/40-18 PZero run flats for my '16 F55. I have 14k (spirited mountain driving) and they are done. They have been noisy, loose 2/ psi/week and don't inspire ANY sort of confidence in the wet. Anyone have suggestions and/or 1st hand knowledge of a better performance tire? Michelin Pilot Sport or PZero seems to be a common choice if I go conventional and dump the run flats-

Thanks

I've run several brands/types of tires over the years. Currently I'm running 17" all season Cooper Zeon RS3-GI. They are solid for cross country and very sticky for the twisties. Just back from MITO with no complaints. I run them at 35#. They are bi directional so rotate back to front crossed and front to back straight back.
