17" Kosei wheels and RA-1 tires

I have a set of silver Kosei K-1 Racing wheels (no center caps) with Toyo RA-1 mounted on them. The wheels are 1 year old (3 or 4 track events) and tires have one weekend on them. The tires were shaved to 5/32"
Asking $950 plus shipping for everything. I am located in Rochester, NY 14450. I do not want to break up at this point and I would knock a few bucks off for a local buyer!
