FS - (4) OEM 17" Crown Spokes w/ GY runflats

I'm selling a set (4) of OEM 17" Crown Spokes rims with Goodyear All season runflats - 205/45/17. The tires have about 1000 miles on them. The rims are like new (please see pics). $800 for the whole set. Local pick only (Cincinnati, OH). Please PM me if you are interested. Thanks.

Wow, I wish Cincy was closer to Philly. Would you reconsider shipping them? Also, are the valve stems metal indicating "direct" "TPMS"?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I had to do some research regarding the type of TPMS. The car is prior to 9/07 production, so I think it's the indirect style of pressure monitoring. As far as shipping them, I would consider it if nobody local wants them. Thanks for looking.

Thanks. From what I've learned on this site, if the car was produced in 2007 and the valves stems are metal, that generally indicates a "direct" TPMS system. Based upon what your note said, did you determine that 9/07 was the changeover date?

Thanks again.

Here is what I found in the owner's manual concerning Flat Tire Monitor, "As you drive, the Flat Tire Monitor keeps track of the tire inflation pressure in all four tires. The system alerts you when there is a substantial pressure loss in one of the tires relative to another. In the event of tire pressure loss, the rolling radius of the tire changes, thereby affecting the rotational speed of the wheels. This change is detected, and a flat tire warning is issued to the driver. The Flat Tire Monitor cannot alert you to severe and sudden tire damage caused by external factors, nor does it detect the gradual and minor loss of pressure in all four tires."
Based on this, I believe it's an indirect TPMS system. And I took a closer look at the valve stem and actually it is rubber (the lower part). The cap is metal. Thanks for your question. I was able to learned something about my car.

...bummer... I just bought tires a few months ago (switched to non-runflats), &, I'll prob get flamed for it but... I kinda prefer the stiff sidewall of the runflats?

Sold to me. IMChaos is a great person to deal with. Well worth the 12 hour round trip drive. These did not have the smallest blemish or mark on them. We had them installed today. Thank you again Leo, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
Thanks,
Mike
