I'm waiting right now for the guy to send me a set for approval before he mass produces them for all of us crazy bakers. I will post pics when they arrive in a new thread. Sorry, no cabrio version. If someone has a good outline of that tho, send it to me and I'll see what we can do.

What's so difficult in simply cutting the roof off?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I ordered the cookie cutter above from Motoring Chix and was really impressed with it.

First of all, the packaging in the box was super!! The box came covered in Motoring Chix stickers. Inside, pink tissue paper (my fave!!) and black/white checkered tissue paper cushioned the cookie cutter. And the cookie cutter was exactly as promised. I've used it a few times and am happy with it!

It comes with a recipe for sugar cookies that I haven't tried yet though. Hope to do so soon!!

You can buy one for yourself here: http://minichix.homestead.com/

Waah...their website is closed for construction. I hope they bring some of these to MOTD!

Hey y'all! Our traditional coupe cookie cutter AND the new Clubbie style will be available at MITM for a special show price at the American Mini Mates tent.

If you haven't seen our latest version of the cookie cutter, drop by to have a look at it while at MITM. Our cookie cutters are sculpted by hand (not machined or made on a form) so each is a unique little sculpture made in our studio at a terrific price. We use heavy gauge steel so your cookie cutter will maintain its shape thru hundreds of batches of cookies and your cookies will actually look like a MINI. I've lost many of my favorite cookie cutters to the over-use scrunching syndrome.

And one last tidbit--all of our cookie cutters including my favorite sugar cookie recipe. I know you'll love it!
