I'm a new Mini owner, a 2011 S coupe.... Every other car I've owned I installed a CAI, and love the performance... I'm still under warranty and assume this voids that?
I would like to know if it comes in Red? If so, Yes I'm interested in joining. Blue is OK too.

Standard DoS CAI paint and silicone coupler color is black. We can do red silicone couplers for your CAI. This is an upcharge of $30.00. Custom red paint is an additional $50.00. Let me know if you're interested in either option via PM or email.

A CAI will not void your warranty, however different dealers treat modded cars w/warranty claims in various ways. Your best bet is to ask your dealer their stance when it comes to CAI's. Most are pretty flexible.

OK people I want my DOS CAI!!!! Come on now is the time! It's a great deal, a great product! My Mini can hardly wait!!! (me too!!)

 

Hang in there... I've been loving mine so far.

P.S. just in case anyone thinks it will make their mileage go down... My last tank got almost 40 mpg. That was highway driving on good race gas. The little dot down at 22mpg was the first tank after installing it, I had my foot floored for the entire 300 miles

Just checking in with you... I don't see any people jumping at this group buy yet...
I'd still like to stop by DOS headquarters next Thurs.the 15th and if there are no more takers for the group buys I'd love to just pick-up my special order Gloss Red CAI kit and save the shipping.
My real reason is that I don't want to wait to get my Kit.

You have 3 Paint Options:

1) DoS Gloss Black = No Upcharge

2) We charge $50.00 to paint your CAI any color in the Dupli-Color Engine paint catalog: http://duplicolor.com/products/enginePaint/

3) We also offer the option to paint your CAI in any OEM color available from MINI. This paint option costs $80.00

Note: The custom paint option applies only to new CAI orders. Is is much more difficult for us to paint CAI's that are already assembled. Please do not send your existing CAI back to DoS requesting a custom color.

We also offer a custom silicone coupler color option (Red or Blue) for a $30.00 upcharge.
