Texas Speedwerks - things are rockin'!

First off, thanks to all who have found us via the underground... We relied on viral marketing to get things started, but now we're ready to rock with lots of new products coming your way!

Our main focus is delivering bulletproof parts that make sense for the hardcore enthusiast - guys and gals who really want to spank their cars and have them perform better than ever thought possible. For autocross, track, or fun on the street, we've got ya covered.

For those who have been waiting to order our engine damper kits because we were out of everything but RED, we've got more blue and titanium units on the way. We should have them in hand this week. As soon as they come in, we'll update stock on the site.

We have three complete suspension systems being tested right now - all are Leda/Hypercoil based. Testing on the Hardcore setup is complete, which is perfect for the dedicated track car - hefty rates and special valving, Hypercoil springs at all four corners. Pricing will be released shortly. We joke about this, but if you happened to be at Motorsports Ranch in August and didn't see the Hardcore suspension, you probably at least saw it pass you... Dr. Mike was hammering the course!

Our Softcore suspension is daily driven, and got tossed around the autocross course this last weekend and will be punished this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at the LSC BMWCCA Autocross Weekend... So far, it's proving to be wicked on the course and tame on the street. And finally, our Sport suspension is being hammered around the cruddy roads in downtown Dallas. All will be available for Christmas shopping!

Our own lowering springs are being tested right now as well... Cold wound chrome silicon, conservative 3/4" drop and a 20% increase in rate over stock. So far, the ride with OEM shocks/struts is better than stock by far, with flatter cornering and a lower CG. They were designed to play well with the OEM shocks/struts, Konis FSD's, Koni Yellows, or Bilstein SP's. In the next few weeks, we'll release them to the general public - these are Made in Texas!

Finally - we'll have something ready this week that we're personally excited about. We're tired of cones ripping off the OEM jack points. And, we're tired of not being able to get even our low profile racing jack under our cars... So, how about some billet aluminum, low profile jack points? They're anodized black, and mimick the OEM design so they'll work with the factory jack... These will ship with stainless hardware and permanently attach to the car. Our prototypes have been HAMMERED by coneage (especially at the last event) and survived a major off at Texas World Speedway. These should be in our hands by Friday...
