KDW S

AND the KDW ... LOOKS BETTER ! (IMO)

I have the KDW and they grip well but break loose without warning. They are also noisy as hell after about 7k on them. I love the look though.

Yeah I like how the lines on the Azenis kinda go one way, and then they go the other way, and then back again, ya know?

Reminds me of the design on a couch my parents had in the 80s. It was a really cool looking couch...

This looks great

Great looking mini that looks like it means business. Like I said before, it all started with the tires.

You getting it yet?

Ah, I get it. It's about trendy tread patterns. I'm sure next year you will think the first two look dated.

Just put on Azenis last weekend and it wound up snowing this week. While the roads were actually just wet, the temp was at or below freezing. I was a bit concerned running on them given they were fresh with less than 100 mile on them barely scrubbed in. 215/40s to boot. Know what? They're great! Generally a grippy tire like this when the tempature is cold even without water on the road is like driving on ice. Not the ST615. For the $$$ this is a fantastic tire, truly amazing and highly recommend!

Where's the Team Craptastic when you need it? First the wheels need to look good. Then the brakes need to look good. Then the tires need to look good. Ooops, forgot to mention that your springs need to match the paint (so don't go putting H-Sports on your BRG JCW. Better get the Koni coil-overs to match the red on your JCW brakes and the little red "S" on the side... and your floor mats, of course.

For crying out loud. This thread is about tires that work for the MINI. Now maybe if we could have a discussion about intended use, anticipated temperatures, driving style, etc. we could have an adult conversation. But maybe not. I've been drinking tonight and it could just be that I'm blowing off steam after a (mostly) crappy week. Thanks God for Mrs. Dread and the baby Dreads. Tires are cool, but it's all relative.

PS - Pirelli's still flat spot.

That stings! Your wit is amazing. I'm an old surfer from so-cal. If you met me the last thing you would think is trendy. Check out my car. Nothing bling nor the same old same old rims I see on every ones cars.

I have 16 surfboards. All custom made to my specs. Most are longboards with a few retro shortboards. But they all are unique in there own way. Nothing trendy.

I could care less what people think about my car. It's mine and no one else's. That said, I do appreciate and respect other peoples opinions. Even yours!

I just watched a special on the gotta-have-it factor of sneakers.

Perhaps there is an interesting parallel between the hiphop scene's obsession with fresh kicks and the riceboy scene's obsession with fresh treads.

I think someone should write a thesis...

Mine is not worthy of respect.
