Both of these wheels are lighter than any of the OEM 17s.
I don't think there are many wheels HEAVIER than oem 17's...

maybe these...

Yeah, it is a low bar, but the R99s aren't too bad.

To be completely honest however, I bought them because I got a great deal on them here on NAM.

In any event, none of the 3(!) sets of Superleggeras cleared my new Stoptechs, even with a 5mm spacer. 2 sets are sold and one' will be for sale soon.

I am running 18" SSR GT7 on both the track and the street now. Why? Because they were actually cheaper than the 17" ones at Tirerack if you can believe that.

I wrapped them in 225/40/18 Dunlop Super Sport Race tires. I can't comment on how pretty they are, but they definitely fawking rawk on the track and on the street. They even handle a bit of wet weather pretty well.
Again you miss the POINT (can i make it stand out more? Maybe pink next time). I have nothing against your freakin SuperL's, as i just posted i used to freakin have a set of 18in SuperL's myself.

Just trying to show you some of your own stupidity towards tires. They can be just as much as a styling element as wheels. Your ignorance doesn't change the fact.

Ohh and BTW back on topic, i would go for the MX's if you want a good trade off of good looks and great performance.

Yeah but your opinion obviously doesn't count; after all you used to drive a Focus.

They're OK for the money but they protest a lot at the limit. Solid value tho

Ooh, I wouldn't go there. It's not going to help your argument. Bling:Performance ratio of JCW stuff is very high. JCM, on the other hand, is the real deal.
