18 x 7.5 SubZero's w/ Tein Lowering

Ok, I know this question is posted somewhere else with the similar setup but never given a straight answer. I am considering buying 18 x 7.5 inch rota subzeros with a +45 offset and I have Tein lowering springs whcih lower 1.1" in the front and 1.2" in the rear. I don't carry a lot of stuff in my car and probably have back seat passengers once a month if that. What size tires should I be looking at, 215/35/18 or 225/40/18? I am willing to do some dremel work to my fenders if needed.

i would stick with the 215/35s but you can probably fit a 225/40 in there with minor dremel work (might not even need to dremel).

225/40 will obviously have a larger circumference, so it will change your
speedo readings, acceleration, and braking distance.
