hoping they'll fit!

I have some Brembo's from my husband's totaled Evolution... I am trying to figure out if they will fit on my '03 MCS... Here are the specs on the brakes:

Ventilated BREMBO® Disc Brakes with Aluminium Caliper Housings, front: 320mm dia. rotor,
4-piston calipers

Ventilated BREMBO® Disc Brakes with Aluminium Caliper Housings, rear: 300mm dia. rotor,
2-piston calipers

I currently have my stock 17" S-lites on my MCS. Just by looking, I am thinking that I will need a deeper offset wheel, but as I've never dealt with wheels/brakes before, I could use some input, and maybe even some recommendations as to what wheels/wheel specs to go with? Thanks!!

I would highly doubt that they will even come close to fitting. You night be able to use the front rotors and the calipers, but you will need new hats and an adapter for the caliper. No way for the rear without some custom mods, and then you will have no e-brake.

Best would be to call Brembo.

Are you talking about the OE Brembo's off an EVO? If so - forget it. Different bolt pattern, caliper brackets, etc.

Sell those and buy some MINI specific brakes.

A larger rotor diameter allows the calipert to be pulled back off the rotor hat. I have so many wheels that will clear big brake mitsu's -caliper and rotor is good, but caliper position's requirment reduce available to about 5-7% of what should fit.

Dont run Mitsu big brakes.
