Clubman R55 2010 NON "S", RIMS

Hello
I have bought nice fender flairs on https://keepitaesthetic.com/collecti...idebody-flares.
Those flairs add 25mm Front and 35mm Rear to the original fender flares.
The tire and rims i am seeking are 225/40/17 on 8" rims for the front and 245/40/17 on 9" for the back.
However, i tried my best but can not figure out the correct ET needed for the front and for the back.
Especially, as the Brake Calipers are further out then the backplate with the mounting bolts (PCD 100x4), by about 18mm.
All the rim size calculators do not take in consideration the overhanging calipers.
Does anybody can help me?
Thanks a lot
Frank

im preparing to redesign my edges and tires. I have 16" manufacturing plant now. would it be a good idea for me I get 17" or 18" edges ?? is there anything I really want to know prior to purchasing bigger edges ?? I dont need to commit an error after I purchase.
