Audi wheels/tires on Mini fitment question

I'm not sure what happened to the post I made last night, so apologies if this shows up as a duplicate, but it's not here and not in the moderation queue, so I will try again.

I just picked up a 2015 Mini Cooper Paceman S AWD for my son. I have a set of rims and blizzaks from the 2017 Audi S3 I no longer have and I couldn't believe when I checked last night they have the same lug pattern as the Mini. What are the odds???

It seems at first glance they will actually fit. Rims are not hubcentric, they have an 57.1mm adapter to fit the Audi center bore. Seems like if I change those out for 66.6mm I should be good assuming the offset and tires fit.

Blizzak WS80, 225/50R17

Anyone see any concerns? Based on my searches of this group, it looks like this will all work! That would be way too easy.
Thanks!
