I think it's going to be very hard to put a 5 lug wheel on a MINI with a 4 lug bolt pattern.

 

it did list a 4x100 bolt pattern last time i checked

Wrong wheels my bad.........but I think these are similar to old RS4 Avant.

 

They do make adapters.
