New Wilwood’s on the rear of my 07’ made my 16” rims obsolete. Where do I shop for quality rims besides mini? They have to be good for spirited driving in the mountains.

Any recommendations?

Post some pix. You didn't mention your budget but there are all kinds of wheels for your MINI. Have you start looking at Tire Rack, Discount Tire, and Discounted Wheel Warehouse,wheelfire, NLMotoring. Those should give you a nice start on your wheel search. A few of those site offers a wheel configurator too so you can see how they look before making your decision. Of course there are plenty of expensive wheels (light weight) out there too but for me, up to $200 for 18" size and another $200 for good tires per corner. Keep in mind various manufacturing process too- from the lowest gravity type casting process to FlowForm technology with drop forging technology on the most expensive wheel etc... It's a trade off at the end of the day...so you would need to figure out your priority and what you want to give up for the most feature/s that the wheel has to offer for your use. Good luck!
