lets hear some feedback
Rota... Least number of letters, easier to tell friends if you're a slow typer.
Konig... All German king-like. Royalty. Whoot whoot!
Drag Wheel.... If it's your kinda thing. To each his/her own.
Seriously dude, you question is a bit open ended. How about some specifics?

Of the three, which do you think are the best ? ? ? and Why.
Rota, Konig, Drag wheels ..............................

There is no significant difference between them. They are all "affordable" wheel companies. In a lot of cases their designs are replicas. They all use similar "affordable" methods of casting and finishing their wheels.
I own a set of Drag wheels. For the price point they have been fine, no cracks or bends yet. The finish started failing after the second year at which point I had them sand blasted and powdercoated, now I use them for winter wheels.

CREEVE understood the question !
Simple answer: designs are replicas, no bends or cracks yet, finish is falling off after two years .
How is that open ended ?
Looking for answers from those who have coments like above......... simple truth & facts.
