No as I stated I am running 43. 45 would be 2mm less then me and 40 would be 3mm more then me. Minor differences.

thanks what about coilovers i wana go with buddy clubs just because i have friends that.use them.and love them but then i hear stances are good to and everyone on forums runs kwv2 but their pricy?

Too many choices. IF your friends have had good luck with theirs. Go for it. A lot use KW/ST Techniques/Meagan/Koni just to name a few. I guess it would depend on how low and what your intentions are. Post a new question on the suspension threads and you will get lots of answers and opinions from actual users.

my td pro race 1.2 are et38. cannot wait to get them installed! if i want more poke i can always run 5mm spacers

Sorry for the late reply but yes there is no comparison between this BBK and just putting in SS lines and nice pads. Not even JCW brakes compare to them they really are that good.

What is the ET on the stock R53 17" wheels? I'm running PR 1s at 15x7 with 40ET and 5mm spacers and lowered 1".
