How do I replace the dust boot on the Wilwood 4 piston caliper?

One of my aluminum pistons popped out completely after I had the genius idea to attach a pressurized air to the caliper to push them out just a bit so I can inspect them.

I tried to stretch the boot around the piston but gave up. Seems like I need to remove the dust boot before I can put the piston back.

Anyone know how?

Pretty much the only way you'll do it.
