Finally got the wheels in last night. Picked them up from the shop so my fiance and I could put three coats of wheel wax and sealant on. He's going to put the new wheels on for me this evening when we get home from work with a non-marring socket.

I'll post some pics when I get a chance! Crazy week at work!

I prefer darker colors, but you can't beat OZ wheels for quality. Weight is a HUGE consideration for me.....they gotta be no more that 16 lbs or so.

Those are going to look fantastic! You are much braver than me though. Lots of spokes and white.. They are going to be a nightmare to keep clean. At least you are changing the pads and the waxing you are doing will help quite a bit too.

I bought black OZ Ultras and had a coat of simonize paint sealant and then a coat of regular wax. I also installed bobcat pads. Only have about 100 miles on them so I haven't had time to see how bad or not it's going to be.

I haven't changed the brakes yet because the ones are it are like new. Needless to say, I'm wiping them down everyday I'm determined to keep them as white as the day I got them!

Pics to come. My fiancee made my new signature for me last night but I haven't had a chance to post new pics.

Nice rims!

Sorry to hijack this but I just signed up from the UK to comment on this as I'm purchasing a set of black refurbished supers which I'll be having stripped and repainted in White to go on my hyper blue R53, exactly the look you have here, but I'm also considering a brake upgrade and want minimal dust, so might get a greenstuff pads and discs setup, but will see what's best for bite
Here's my current rides look

You did the same thing I did, except I wen with the Alleggitas. Mine are white and I went with EBC Redstuff. Not to bad on dust but the still do dust. I waxed them and cleaned them once a week and wiped them down almost everyday. I think the chemicals I used were a little to harsh because the paint started to fail. So I decided to powdercoat them and I tell though the get dirt still I am not as worried about them as I was before. Oh ya I forgot I curbed them on MTTS that is another reason I had them powdercoated. But I love the white top whit wheel look it is a great combo.

No worries! Thanks for the compliment!

Your car looks awesome. That is a very nice and clean look. I think the refinished wheels your talking about will look sweet. Be sure and post some pics when you're finished

Welcome to NAM!!!!

The white wheels on this combo look killer. It is looks like that which have kept me from getting rid of the black wheels on my pepper white/black R50!
