I plan to swap the wheels and tires when my mini arrives (hopefully next month) with 16" Konig feathers.
However when I search discount tire they do not show up as a wheel that will fit the 2010 MCS. Is there a reason for this? The reason I'm choosing Discount Tire is because it will be easier to show up and have the TPMS sensors swapped on site the day the car arrives.
Thanks
And of course if anyone has any tire recommendations I will gladly take them
You sure? From the ALTA site (on the Konig Twilites): "Fits ALL Cooper and Cooper S 2002-2009 (Including Clubman and Clubman S) EXCEPT 2010 MODELS**TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SENSORS WILL NOT FIT IN KONIG WHEELS** You can run the Konigs on a 2010 but you will get a tire pressure light on the dash."
Really. Dang I was pretty set on getting the Konig Feathers. I had no idea that 2010 TPMS had different requirements for fitment. I definitely don't want the idiot light on all the time.

awww snap you're right...and IM the one that put that note in there. Sorry guys!!
I just called and one of your employees said that it wouldn't be a problem on the Konig feathers. I don't see how a TPMS could change that much really.
I went and purchased a TMPS sensor from our local dealer for a 2010 car (36106790054) and test fitted it in both the feather and the Illusion wheels...They fit with no problem!
I am supposed to be getting Konig Feathers (15") tomorrow morning, with my new winter tires. Will there be problems with my current TPMS? I have an '06 Cooper. Also, if anyone can pots up some shots of their MINI on these wheels I'd love to see!
