On January 6, I fired off an email to Alex at Tire Rack. I had read that this was the best manner of contacting him. It now January 11. Should I wait longer or should I presume that I chose an incorrect method of contact?

 

I would recommend sending him another email. Your email probably got misplaced or lost somewhere. I emailed Alex few times today and he was very quick in replying to my emails.

 

Thanks, I never know if I'm doing it wrong. Now after having re-read this, I'm worried that my question may cause him some problems -- not my intent.

Perhaps the Moderators coulde just close it out before it heads off in the wrong direction???
