Steering Wheel Vibration Help

I have steering wheel vibration around 80 kmh or more.
so far I have done the following in this order on the problem Chrome wheels
Wheel alignment + balance
Wheel alignment
New tyres (Toyo proxes 4) The old tyres were cheap *** stuff that had warped out of a perfect circle.

Then a day after I got the new rubber I still had very noticeable wheel vibration then on the way home that day one of the valve stems snapped.

Swapped to stock S-Lites and the vibration was gone 100%

Store fixed the valve stem and 'Fixed' the vibration on my chrome wheels and reinstalled them today.

Drove home and I noticed the vibration again, only slightly though.

If anybody has had any experience with this or has any suggestions I am all ears. My thoughts are that it could be either the hubcentric rings, or worst case scenario, a slightly bent rim. My chrome wheels are 18 x 7.5 all around. Rubber is 215/35 - R18. Only suspension mods are lowering springs.

Do you have hubcentric rings installed with the aftermarket wheels?
