I ordered a set of Rota Subzeros 18x7.5 with a 45et. What size spacers should I get and what size bolts do I need to order to fit my 09 JCW?

as far as offset it should fit as is.

 

H&R is of great quality, should fit as is but you could probably run up to a 10mm spacer without rubbing.

 

I'd say 5mm, 8mm, or 10mm depending on how aggressive you want the look and what tires you plan on running.
