Springs,, removal and re-install?
The rear is easy - maybe 30-45 minutes (only 3 bolts on each side if I remember).
The front is more complex. It requires a spring compressor. Air tools are a big help, too.
I paid a good shop to do my suspension. It took 6 hours total for F & R coilovers, F & R stabilizer bars, and rear adjustable control arms.
For just the springs, I'd guess 2 hours.

PLEASE - unless you have done suspension and have a good spring compressor, PLEASE pay for professional instalation.
There is so much force in the compression of springs. Its like playing russian roulette. I do all my own suspension work, and if you choose to tackle please get a good safe compressor.

Ditto to what alex said - serious injury could occur if the spring comes off while under load - and I'm not talking about a scratch or two either. Unless you have a good spring compressor and have done this before I would suggest not doing it yourself. For just springs a good shop should be able to do it in 3 hours.
