You can if you buy the Texas Speed Werks 14mm to 12mm conversion studs.

But the length of the stud will protrude out from the wheel farther than OEM nuts and it might look funny. You'll probably also want nuts that will cover up most of the stud. Texas Speed Works also sells nuts with the studs as an option, but I'm not sure if they are long enough to cover up the entire stud. I recommend an open ended nut that is long enough to cover the entire length.
