A good starting point is tirerack.com
They have a great configurator where you can see what the wheels will look like on your vehicle. this is a great tool (even if you want to buy elsewhere)

This tread deals with Rims so it is moved to Tires, Wheels and Brakes forum.

We need more information.

What suspension do you have? Any plans to lower?

What year MCS? Older MINIs have 12mm bolts, newer ones have 14mm bolts.

Newer MINIs have standard larger front brake calipers and not all 15" wheels will fit.

Do you want the rims to be black finished from the factory or are you willing to paint them or powdercoat if needed?

What is your budget? What about tires and budget for them?

What is your intended use? Street only or some performance driving- HPDE or track or autocross?

Tirerack has a few black finished 15" wheels.
(find them by searching for winter wheels for JCW MCS 2007 with TPMS)
Select 15" tire wheel combo then select wheels only.

Motegi Track Traklite 15x7" $232 Very Low stock Flat Black Painted

Search at Edgeracing.com and put in your year and model MCS
look at 15" wheels and black finish

Outmotoring.com has Team Dynamics rims that come in black finish that are good and 15".

Rota wheels come in many sizes and widths and black flat or glossy finish and some with polished lip. Start with 15x7 with +38mm offset is good.
Some designs are light, most are about $500 per set of four delivered.

I've been thinking about black rims for a while. I have 15" wheels now so I've looked around too. In the end what might make the difference to me (besides looking good) are what will work with 14mm lugs and will play nicely with the TPMS. I won't be lowering.

One suggestion I have is to photograph your car from the side and put it in Photoshop and try different wheels on layers. You'll be surprised what you think works and what doesn't when you see them on your car turning the layers off and on.

My favorite "today" is the Rota Slipstream. Although the RB in Flat Black would be nice too.
